Asia and Africa

From our main collection:

- Madagascar Bejofo Estate 70% cacao: with notes of Ripe red fruit and citrus on a nice bright chocolate background

Microbatch: we have 2 this month
 

- Uganda Bundibugyo: made with Criollo cacao beans from the Bundibugyo region of western Uganda. This bar has beautiful notes of apricots, caramel and chocolate  

- A mystery bar:  made by our chocolate maker friend in Vietnam, using Vietnamese cacao beans and unique Vietnamese ingredients. We want to make it a surprise when you receive your chocolate in February
