Asia and Africa

From our main collection:

- Tanzania Kokoa Kamili 65% cacao with warm spice: a winter warmer bar! with notes of berries, cherries, raisins, and hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

Microbatch: we have 2 this month
 

- Coconut: made with cacao beans from Tanzania Kokoa Kamili, and coconut. Coconut adds a fun texture to the fruity notes in the Tanzanian cacao beans  

- Dak Lak Vietnam:  A very tiny batch made with cacao beans from Dak Lak, Vietnam. It has beautiful notes of fruits and nuts on a nice chocolate background
