Asia, Africa and the Caribbean

From our main collection:

- Ben Tre Vietnam 72% cacao: with notes of dried fruit, brown sugar, hints of tobacco on a solid chocolate background
 

- Tanzania Kokoa Kamili 65% cacao with warm spices: with notes of cherries, berries, raisins, plums, slight lemon tang with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove on a nice bright chocolate background.

Microbatch:

- Jackfruit:  our Dominican Republic Oko-Caribe 72% cacao, dressed up with Vietnamese jackfruit and vanilla infused cacao nibs. A tropical taste in every bite!
