From our main collection:
- Ecuador Costa Esmeraldas 72% cacao: with beautiful notes of brownie, cedar, creamy nuttiness, and apricot jam notes with balanced acidity.
Microbatch:
- Peru Piura Blanco 68% cacao: with notes of bright citrus, green mango, passion fruit, sugarcane, and creamy nuttiness.- Genmaicha White: yes this is white chocolate, single origin white chocolate, we use Peruvian cacao butter, our local Alexandre A2/A2 milk, and ceremonial matcha to make the bar. We then sprinkle toasted brown rice on it for the texture!
