From our main collection:

- Vanuatu Malekula Island 72% cacao: with beautiful notes of caramel, fudge, nuts on a rich chocolate background

- Tanzania Kokoa Kamili 65% cacao with warm spices: Fruit and spice! Cherries, berries, raisins, plums, slight lemon tang with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove on a nice bright chocolate background.

Microbatch: 

- A surprise bar: made by our chocolate maker friend in Vietnam using cacao beans grown in Vietnam and unique local ingredients :)
