    A tiny batch in which we took these nibs and soaked them in Brandy for days before stoneground them into chocolate. The flavor of Brandy still lingers.


    Beans origin: Matasawalevu, Vanua Levu, Fiji

    Ingredients: cacao beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, brandy

    Tasting notes: maple, butterscotch, hints of brandy on a nice chocolate background
